A boy named Scoops tries to stand up for his little sister Tina who is constantly being bullied by their neighbor Shep for an ice cream machine. Later that night, their mischievous video game companion, One Up, keeps stealing toys from Shep's house and it's up to Scoops and Tina to return the toys back before Shep wakes up.
